WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?
NEW CUSTOMER LOGO
A member of the team will call you to confirm your order details.
The Design Team will then be in touch within 1-2 days of order confirmation with your logo proofs via email.
The first proof is a digital proof to check you are happy with the logo and if any changes need to be made.
The next step is an embroidered sample to approve when your order is through to production.
This will be the exact embroidery of your logo on the colour garment of your choice.
Once approved your order will go through to production and you will receive a text message from DPD with a date and timeslot for delivery.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS
A member of the team will call you to confirm your order details. They will also check the logo requirements are the same as before.
If no changes to the logo are needed, your order will be processed through to production and you will receive a text message from DPD with a date and timeslot for delivery.
