What happens if I want to cancel an order?

We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time however on occasion delays can be expected.

Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us including artwork production and ordering of materials. If an order is cancelled once placed, Creative Branding reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us. Due to the personalisation on your order we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please contact us to arrange a return on any faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt of your order for investigation. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for customers not following any washing or drying instructions as detailed on the garment labels.
