What Happens After You Order?
New Customers:
A team member will call to confirm your order.
Our Design Team will send your digital logo proof within 1–2 working days for approval.
Once approved, we’ll create an embroidered sample on your chosen garment for final approval.
After confirmation, your order goes into production. You’ll receive DPD tracking with delivery date and time.
Returning Customers:
A team member will call to confirm order details and check logo requirements.
If there are no changes, we’ll process your order straight into production.
You’ll receive DPD tracking details once dispatched.
